Job Overview

Drive the execution of our channel strategy across acquisition and partner management.

This role plays a critical part in the customer journey at Vanta. As a Channel leader, you will drive the execution of our channel strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive day-to-day execution of our Channel strategy
  • Lead a team in acquiring, activating, and managing programs around hundreds of Vanta partners
  • Owning onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction of partners as well as customers related to partner work
  • Deliver against monthly pipeline, revenue, and engagement goals for partners
  • Redefine playbooks across roles to drive next iteration of partner strategy
  • Mature roles and jobs-to-be-done of channel development associates and channel managers
  • Work closely with leadership to define forward-looking strategy for evolution of Vanta's partner approach in APJ region
  • Partner with cross-functional teams in Go-to-Market and Engineering & Product Development to refine and mature partner and partner/customer experience
  • Advance skills and careers of managers and individual contributors
  • Represent business and leadership team to customers

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ability to leverage previous experience driving channel sales ideally within same product category
  • Rigorous command of key metrics of business
  • Reliable, consistent forecasting
  • Mastery of coaching to value-based selling methodology (such as Command of Message)
  • A high bar for inspection, evolution, and execution in business
  • Succinct, concise, and compelling written and verbal communication
  • Impeccable cross-functional partnerships
  • Understanding of how to leverage GTM resources including Enablement and Revenue Operations to further work of team
  • Strong eye for talent, both in hiring and advancing careers of employees
  • Independent operator, capable of leading team in rapidly changing hyper-growth environment
