About the Role- Strategically lead, coach, and develop the store team to achieve sales, service, and key performance indicator (KPI) objectives.

- Oversee visual merchandising standards, seasonal product launches, and store presentation to maximize brand appeal.
- Manage store operations, including staffing, inventory control, and loss prevention, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with headquarters, planning, and regional management teams to optimize results and drive business success.
- Proven experience in a leadership role with a strong background in operations and visual merchandising.
- A deep understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles and clienteling strategies.
- Experience working with high-end clientele and a proven ability to build lasting relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
