About the Role
  • Strategically lead, coach, and develop the store team to achieve sales, service, and key performance indicator (KPI) objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience working with high-end clientele and a proven ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
