Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), both individually and as a team.
  • Respond to and manage client queries through various channels, including phone, email, live chat, and messaging, ensuring professional and efficient communication.
  • Escalate client issues in a timely manner to ensure a consistently high level of client service.
  • Participate in targeted outbound calling initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including RG146 certification and annual continuing professional development (CPD) points.
Requirements:
