Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: $34.72 Per Hour + Super + Allowances
Key Responsibilities:
As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you will:
• Drive transformative initiatives and advocate for excellence in educational practices.
• Collaborate with fellow Educators to observe, assess, and continuously refine the educational programs provided to children.
• Enhance the team's comprehension of child development and early years curriculum, guiding the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework.
About the Centre:
Goodstart Early Learning Nuriootpa is nestled in the picturesque Barossa Valley, surrounded by the region's renowned vineyards. Our centre is designed to foster a nurturing environment for 75 children aged six weeks to five years, promoting strong connections with the local community and schools.
