We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning in Nuriootpa. As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in providing high-quality education and care to our children, while also supporting the development of our early childhood team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality education and care programs
  • Develop and implement education and care programs that meet the needs of our children and families
  • Contribute to the development of our centre's policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the centre
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to educators to support their professional development

Requirements
