Culinary Expert Wanted

OverviewA dynamic and fast-paced commercial kitchen seeks an experienced Culinary Expert to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality food across various cuisines and styles.

Job Description:
We are looking for an accomplished professional with a minimum of 3 years experience in a commercial kitchen environment. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively as part of a close-knit team, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety throughout the service period.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a professional kitchen environment
  • Able to work 5 days across a 7-day operation
  • Must have qualifications or trade experience equivalent
  • Flexible and willing attitude, clear communication and customer service skills
  • Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Food Hygiene compliance, knowledge and practices
  • Availability for rotating roster across Mon to Sun
