Legal Counsel Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled legal professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong employment law expertise and be able to provide commercially focused advice on a variety of matters.

  • Provide expert legal guidance on employment law, regulation, and compliance issues.
  • Advise on industrial instruments, collective and individual bargaining, litigation, and disputes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate regulatory risks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to educate and train on legal matters.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of post-admission experience in employment law or dispute resolution.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, drafting skills, and clear communication.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
