Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to sales inquiries via phone, electronically, or in person
  • Answering customer enquiries promptly, competently, and professionally
  • Offering general information on services, packages, and pricing
  • Providing package upgrade options to members
  • Ensuring daily follow-up and ownership of customer sales enquires
  • Displaying initiative in customer solutions and team engagement
  • Resolving customer complaints within specified time frames

Requirements include:

  • Personable, approachable, and professional demeanor
  • Background in phone-based sales, with travel experience preferred
  • Experience with KPIs and competitive environments
  • Flexibility with availability
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and passion for customer sales
