Clinical Solutions Commercial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Solutions Commercial Manager to drive the strategic vision and execution of product development, ensuring market success. As a key member of our team, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, optimize product performance, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the Clinical Solutions segment, including ClinicalKey, ClinicalSkills, and Amirsys.
- Identify Opportunities and Achieve Revenue Targets: Identify opportunities, present compelling solutions to customers, and achieve revenue targets.
- Understand Customer Needs and Develop Partnerships: Understand the needs of healthcare providers in developing partnerships with customers and Health IT solution providers.
- Assess Feasibility and Contribute to Go-to-Market Planning: Assess the feasibility of new products, contribute to Go-to-Market planning, and lead post-sales activities with customers, such as product training and integration requirements.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Teams: Collaborate with local, regional, and global Marketing/sales teams to establish Elsevier as a premier provider of clinical and workflow solutions.
- Provide Input on Customer Requirements and Product Roadmaps: Provide input on customer requirements, product roadmaps, upgrades, CKS integration, and troubleshooting.
- Define Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define product strategy and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and analysis of industry peers.
- Science or Clinical Background with Product Management Experience: Science or clinical (Medical/Nursing/Allied Health) background with demonstrated product management experience.
- Prior Experience in Clinical Decision Support: Prior experience within clinical decision support will be advantageous.
- Strong Data and Technical Architecture Skills: Has a firm grasp of data and technical architecture principles and best practices.
- Problem-Solving and Initiative Skills: Skilled in problem-solving, breaking down complex issues, and taking initiative in addressing challenges.
- Forward-Thinking Approach and Customer-Driven Strategies: Possess forward-thinking approach, be able to connect with external groups, and mentor on customer-driven strategies.
