About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate/Senior Associate to join our Funds team in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will provide advice to clients across a wide range of sectors, including real estate, infrastructure, renewables, private debt, and private credit industries.

As an Associate/Senior Associate in our Funds team, you will:

  • Advise leading Australian and global fund managers on establishing new Australian funds, raising capital, and operating funds in Australia.
  • Work with clients on new product and business development, regulatory change projects, remediation activities, regulator engagement, compliance uplift, and ongoing strategic advice.
  • Collaborate with other practice groups, including M&A, regulatory disputes, and banking and finance, on matters involving funds and fund managers.

About You

We are looking for an experienced lawyer with a passion for investment funds and a desire to specialise in this area. You will have:
