Therapeutic Care Manager

Clinical Team Leaders play a pivotal role in supporting vulnerable young people. Our team delivers therapeutic services to residential care homes, working closely with young people and Residential Care staff to facilitate reflective practice and build knowledge of effective parenting strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of clinical teams and management of all clinical activities
- Supporting the delivery of program activities
- Ensuring referral processes, assessments, interventions, and system support practices are in place
- Developing collaborative relationships with stakeholders and managing risk and safety in clinical practice
- A deep understanding of trauma's impact on mental health, attachment, and development
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality clinical assessments and interventions
- Leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Knowledge of residential care settings and relevant guidelines
