Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and handle sales transactions.
- Manage high-value transactions accurately, including cash, cheques, credit cards and electronic payments.
- Conduct identity services transactions, such as passport interviews.
- Promote products and services through up-selling, cross-selling, merchandising and promotional activities.
- Assist customers with mail lodgements and provide information on associated costs.
- BUILD strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs.
- Contribute to administrative tasks, such as stock management and record maintenance.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be friendly, enthusiastic and reliable, with experience in customer service and/or handling cash. You should also be physically fit to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift.
