Our organisation is seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee the development and delivery of technology solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the development process, managing project risks, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the delivery of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
- Lead and manage technical teams, including staff, vendors, and contractors, to effectively deliver project outcomes.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define, estimate, and plan technology work packages.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, escalating to senior management when necessary.
- Ensure effective use of standardised procedures, practices, and tools.
- Monitor and control project costs, resources, and vendor performance against the Solution Delivery Plan.
- Relevant experience working collaboratively with project managers and delivering technology components of larger initiatives.
- Previous experience delivering technology solutions in large integrated environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business, management, end-users, and technology personnel.
- Experience planning and coordinating technology resources balanced against operational needs.
- Experience coordinating and delivering technology-related work packages in Agile/SDLC environments.
- Ability to influence virtual teams, including third parties and contractors.
