Job Overview

The role entails designing and implementing IT infrastructure solutions that cater to the needs of clients in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • IT Infrastructure Analysis: Identify and decide on future enhancements and implementation requirements.
  • Active Directory Servers Design and Implementation, Group Policies Deployment, Domain Controllers Connection.
  • Network Assessment and Recommendations for Improving Hardware, Software, and Operating Systems.
  • Azure Active Directory Management with On-prem Active Directory as a Hybrid Cloud Model.
  • Public Cloud Platform (Microsoft Office 365) Management with Online Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure.
  • Firewall Design and Implementation, IT Security Profiles, Firewall Security Policies, DDoS Policies, VPN Policies, IPS Policies, and Core Network Security.
  • VoIP-hosted Phone Systems Management, CCTV Camera Systems, Employee Identification Cards Integrated with Building Security Systems.
  • Software Development Team Collaboration for System Security Measures and Recommendations.
  • Network Traffic Monitoring, Activity, Capacity, and Usage for Optimal Network Performance and Integrity.
  • IT Equipment and Network Inventory Record Maintenance.
  • ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Standard Policy and Procedure Management, Awareness Sessions, Internal Audits, and Compliance.
  • Client-based Computer Network Systems Design and IT Solutions Implementation.
  • All IT and Network Support for Existing Clients and Business Continuity Assurance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • More Than 2 Years of Relevant Professional Experience in a Corporate Setting.
  • At Least 2 Years' Experience Implementing, Administering, and Troubleshooting Network Infrastructure Devices.
  • Experience Working on Windows and Linux Operating Systems.
  • Intermediate Computer Skills in Windows XP/7, Cloud Software, Database Systems (SQL, Oracle), Backup and Recovery Databases, and MS Office.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure, Quick Learning Ability, and Strong Analytical Skills.
