Procurement and Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Inventory Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing goods and services, managing inventory levels, and developing relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procure goods and services in accordance with business requirements
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient stock control
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Coordinate logistics and transportation of goods and materials
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
Essential Criteria:
  • Previous supply/purchasing experience
  • Experience using SAP or other computerised inventory control systems
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
  • Computer literacy skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft
Desirable Criteria:
  • Previous experience in a Hospital environment supply role
  • Qualification in Purchasing or SAP
