Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute short and long-term sales strategies to drive acquisition and maximise opportunities.
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitor practices to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Expand our sales base and shift business from competitors through effective relationship-building and negotiation.
  • Collaborate with national/global sales teams to achieve collective goals.
  • Represent our hotels at trade shows and sales trips to showcase our brand and build relationships.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Uphold exemplary standards of conduct and safety in all interactions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in hotel management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in hotel systems and revenue management to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to build rapport with stakeholders and drive results.
  • A strategic and tactical mindset to navigate complex business environments.
  • The ability to work independently and lead others to achieve shared goals.
