As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in the success of our business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1-2 years' experience working in a related Operations role within banking and financial services.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Securitisation Analyst. As a Securitisation Analyst, you will be responsible for processing and managing Agency transactions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring accurate and timely completion of Agency loan drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, bank guarantees, and fee invoicing & collections in LIQ
  • Establishing new Agency clients in the core system (LIQ)
  • Completing loan prework for Agency transactions accurately and within agreed timeframes
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and contributing to building more effective processes
  • Reporting and escalating operational risk events
  • Preparing reports and general ledger suspense and interest accrual accounts
  • Flexible working arrangements to support busy periods

You'll also be involved in:

  • Assisting in the preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the receivables and other Securitisation products
  • Processing duties like Agency transactions, including the initiation of loan rollovers, repayments, and charging of fees for the various trusts
  • Preparing remittance applications for Securitisation loan drawdown disbursements
