This means investing in talent, technologies, and tools that empower you to own your career.Join MUFG, where being inspired is expected and making a meaningful impact is rewarded.About the role:In this role you'll proactively assist the AVP Manager and AVP Supervisor to process and manage the workflow and completion of all Agency transactions on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, and provide support and assistance in processing any Securitisation transactions when required.What you'll be doing:Agency:Ensure Agency loan drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, bank guarantees, and fee invoicing & collections are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes in LIQ, following all checklists and guidelines.Establish new Agency clients in the core system (LIQ) in accordance with signed agreements.Complete loan prework for Agency transactions accurately and timely; keep Treasury cash sheet updated.Identify process improvements and collaborate with team members to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.Report and escalate operational risk events.Prepare, monitor, and follow up on reports and suspense accounts, ensuring timely resolution.Reconcile suspense accounts monthly for the Accounting Department.Be flexible to work back on busy days such as month-end.Securitisation:Assist in preparing and/or prepare reports for receivables and other Securitisation products quarterly and annually.Handle processing duties for Agency transactions including loan rollovers, repayments, and fee charging.Prepare remittance applications for Securitisation loan disbursements as per the application.What we are looking for:This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1-2 years' experience in Operations within banking and financial services.
LIQ system experience is desirable but not essential.You should have excellent time management, attention to detail, and a high standard of accuracy.
Strong communication, collaboration skills, results-driven attitude, and strategic thinking are important.
