By providing pastoral care services and implementing wellbeing strategies, this coordinator plays a vital part in fostering a positive school culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Pastoral Care Services: Provide support to students' physical, emotional, and social well-being through various activities and initiatives.
- School Environment: Foster a safe and inclusive environment that promotes student engagement and academic success.
- Wellbeing Strategies: Implement diverse strategies to address the needs of students, including those with special requirements.
- Excursions and Events: Accompany students on excursions and provide supervision to ensure their safety.
- Community Engagement: Coordinate volunteer activities that promote connection among students and their communities.
- A Certificate IV in Youth Work, Pastoral Care, or a related field; or a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant area.
- Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration.
