About the Role

The Student Care Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting student well-being by providing pastoral care services and fostering a positive, inclusive school environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement wellbeing strategies to support students' emotional and social needs
  • Accompany students on educational excursions and coordinate community engagement activities to enhance their connections with society
  • Engage with families through workshops and meetings to promote a collaborative approach to student care
Key Requirements
  • Completed Certificate IV Youth Work; or equivalent qualification in a related field; and
  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration

This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting student well-being and a commitment to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
