Job Opportunity

As a Senior Content Producer, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive video content strategies aligned with brand objectives and audience insights.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape video strategy and production for Australia's leading women's media company, working with iconic titles while driving innovation in digital storytelling.

You will lead end-to-end video production including concept development, scripting, filming, editing, and post-production, create and optimise video content for various platforms including social media, websites, YouTube, and emerging digital channels.

The ideal candidate will have experience in lifestyle, homes, fashion, or women's media, knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and content performance measurement, motion graphics and animation capabilities, understanding of influencer marketing and branded content.

  2. Develop and execute video content strategies.
  3. Lead video production including concept development, scripting, filming, editing, and post-production.
  4. Create and optimise video content for various platforms.
  5. Mentor junior producers and coordinate with freelance videographers, editors, and creative teams.
  6. Work closely with editorial teams across Are Media's portfolio to ensure brand consistency and content quality.
  7. Monitor video performance metrics, analyse audience engagement, and implement data-driven improvements.
