Our Job Overview and Expectations

As an experienced professional, you will oversee daily and weekly priorities at our site, guiding team members onsite to ensure they are proficient in all operational areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute routine operations in line with policies and procedures related to employee, food, and feed safety and environmental compliance.
  • Monitor production outcomes, quantity, and quality to guarantee customer and food safety requirements meet specifications.
  • Operate within established guidelines and standards.
  • Foster high-quality customer service.
  • Implement operational plans effectively.
  • Develop, supervise, and provide coaching to casual staff onsite.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in plant operations, including machinery maintenance and repair, as well as knowledge of relevant equipment and tools.
  • Training and certifications provided for additional required licenses and tickets.
  • A strong understanding of Health & Safety protocols and the ability to promote a proactive safety culture, addressing and preventing unsafe work practices.
  • Hands-on approach to problem-solving and ability to analyze situations.
