Physiotherapist Role

About the Opportunity:

This position involves delivering physiotherapy services in Home Care through a collaborative service model.

  • Delivering physiotherapy services to clients in their own homes via home care packages/NDIS.
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored physiotherapy treatment plans for clients.
  • Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support client outcomes.
  • Providing education to clients and families to promote community-based healthy living.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing tailored physiotherapy treatment plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, educating clients and families, and maintaining accurate records and providing patient reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with AHPRA required.
  • Police Check Clearance necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
