As a retail leader, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Whether working in-store, at a distribution centre or on the road, you will be an integral part of a well-established brand.

About the Role

You will report to the Store Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day running of the customer service department and front-of-store operations. This includes managing checkouts and customer service desks to ensure excellent presentation, welcoming and engaging environments for customers, team members and local communities.

About You and Your Skills
  • Previous experience in fast-paced customer-facing environments is essential.
  • You should have proven leadership experience to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements.
  • Maintaining excellent service standards is crucial, including keeping checkout areas clean and safe for teams and customers.
  • You must drive a one-team culture that prioritises team members' health, safety and wellbeing.
  • Customer obsession is vital, as you will continually seek to better understand diverse customer needs to deliver outstanding shopping experiences.
