Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Front Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of check-in/check-out processes and billing procedures.
- Leadership of the Front Office team to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Coordination with other departments for seamless operations.
- Training and development of team members.
- Upselling and loyalty engagement.
- Compliance with safety, security, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel Front Office management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in hotel systems and software.
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
