Warehouse Associate Job Summary

This role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of a Distribution Centre, working under the supervision of the Operations Manager and Warehouse Operations Supervisor to provide efficient picking, packing, counting, receiving, shipping, and restocking of inventory.

Responsibilities include reporting to the Distribution Centre Warehouse Operations Supervisor, picking, packing, and shipping orders in a timely manner as assigned by management, meeting or exceeding engineered metrics within each department, adapting to third-party technologies (RF Guns and Voice Picking), supporting and performing audits during inventory counts, maintaining a safe work environment, operating computer systems and stock counters, encouraging personal development and entrepreneurship, keeping the warehouse organized, and adhering to warehouse floor policies and safety measures.

  • Strong organizational, prioritizing, problem-solving, and counting skills
