About Us

As a Banking Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service. You will be based mainly in branches, providing customers with a seamless banking experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on the financial solutions available.

You will have the knowledge required to complete customer transactions, as well as have in-depth needs-based conversations and fulfill products as per your accreditation level. Your goal is to deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are not only satisfied but strong advocates for their bank.

  • Provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions,
  • Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience,
  • Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value,
  • Actively participate in and support our bank's programs and initiatives,
  • Take responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective,
  • Ensure compliance with our bank's policies and procedures.
