The Client

We are a reputable Strata Agency seeking an experienced Strata Manager to join our award-winning team. Our company has been around for many years, providing dedicated service to all customers.

The Position:

  • Managing a mixed-use portfolio of residential & commercial low-maintenance complexes
  • Liaising with owners/tenants
  • Arrange quotations, repairs and maintenance for works required
  • Running AGM's
  • Periodic inspections
  • Support from an Assistant + Admin support
