About the role:

  • Develop safe and efficient deep shaft designs in urban environments
  • Design trenchless solutions for high-impact infrastructure projects, collaborating with contractors and clients
  • Collaborate on tender support and construction staging, driving winning bids and practical delivery strategies
  • Cross-discipline project coordination, ensuring safety, efficiency, and constructability
  • Mentor junior engineers, contributing to design reviews and technical workshops
Requirements
  • Proven experience in trenchless installation (micro-tunnelling, sewer rehab)
  • Expertise in deep shaft design (10m+ a must)
  • Familiarity with surface equipment and temporary works
  • Experience in active sewer environments and HSE considerations advantageous
  • Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng)
  • Bachelor's in Civil/Structural Engineering
