Family Preservation Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Family Preservation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our family support services, you will work closely with vulnerable families and partner agencies to deliver intensive support and prevent entry or re-entry into care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety and risk management for high-risk groups, including unborn children with Child Protection reports, children aged 0–5, and adolescents 10–14 with multiple reports or orders.
  • Supporting parents facing complex challenges such as mental health and family violence.
  • Developing effective care plans in collaboration with families and partner agencies.
