About the Job

The key responsibility of this role is to provide practical implementation support, expert guidance and capability building in change management practices.

This position plays a pivotal part in supporting project teams with analysing, planning, executing and reviewing change initiatives. The role involves applying the organisation's change management framework to assist project teams by conducting impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communication strategy development and training plans.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Analysing and planning change initiatives to ensure successful outcomes
  • Providing expert guidance and support to project teams
  • Developing and implementing effective change management strategies

In addition, the role contributes to the development of communication materials, stakeholder engagement plans and monitoring progress against set goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
