We are seeking skilled and reliable Water Technicians to join our operations working on the Southeast Water network.
- Prior experience in civil excavation works related to water or wastewater reticulation systems is essential. The ability to address customer issues on site is also crucial.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills are vital in this role, as you will work with a team that is committed to safety.
- Sites qualifications include a driver's license, MR truck license, white card, excavator/backhoe license, working at heights, and confined space tickets.
- Pre-employment checks will be required, including full working rights in Australia, a pre-employment medical, and a driver's license and working with children check.
This is a 24/7 reactive maintenance contract, requiring flexibility with hours and shifts that may include day shift, afternoon shift, and on-call work as part of a rotating roster.
About the Role
The successful applicant will have prior experience working on water or wastewater reticulation systems and be able to address customer issues effectively. They will also need to have strong teamwork and communication skills, along with relevant site qualifications.
Good physical fitness and the ability to adapt to changing situations are also essential for this role.
