Job Summary:

  • Empower client success by leading innovation and effectiveness in delivering solutions to clients.
  • Manage Enrollment Solutions projects, collaborating with Client Managers to understand client engagement dynamics.
  • Create content and lead implementation calls for Enrollment Solutions, ensuring timely delivery and coordination with technology, communications, and Enrollment Counselors.
">Key Responsibilities:">
  1. Develop delivery scope, aligning with Client Managers on weekly call agendas and customer concerns.
  2. Define program governance controls, planning programs, monitoring progress, and addressing obstacles.
  3. Handle risks and issues, taking corrective measurements, and discussing resource options with the Director of Client Services.
  4. Coordinate projects and their interdependencies within and outside the organization.
">Requirements:">
  • Two+ years of benefits experience, preferably in Voluntary Benefits.
  • Two+ years of project management experience.
  • Client management experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
