About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our NSW Logistics team, overseeing a portfolio of properties in Western Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the facilities management of our assets, ensuring efficient operation and presentation while containing expenditure within budget.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage the operation and presentation of our assets, ensuring they meet agreed standards of service delivery.
- Coordinate capital works, including tenancy delivery and small projects, to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Assist with operational and capital expenditure budgets, ensuring effective financial management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key asset stakeholders, including tenants and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Operational Risk procedures and legislative requirements.
- Coordinate and drive improvement programs to optimize asset waste and energy usage.
Requirements
- Diploma of Facilities/Project Management or trade qualification (desired).
- 3 years' experience in facilities management or coordination.
- Proven experience in customer service and managing effective relationships with commercial tenants.
- Experience in managing budgets, purchase orders, and contracts administration.
- Sound knowledge of WH&S and legislative compliance practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
