Job Title: Lead Tennis Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lead tennis professional to spearhead our high-performance programs.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge tennis strategies for developmental and elite athletes
  • Prior experience as a head coach or in a similar leadership role with a proven track record of success
  • Delivery of full-time school-based programs with a focus on developing young talent
  • Proven ability to work effectively with athletes of all ages and abilities
  • Staff management and customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • Creative and innovative program design with a focus on continuous improvement

About You:

  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing high-performance tennis programs
  • Extensive coaching experience at national or international level with a strong reputation for success
  • Previous experience working within prestigious tennis organizations with a proven ability to deliver results
  • International coaching and/or playing experience with a deep understanding of the sport
