About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team based in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Partner, managing their schedule, and coordinating day-to-day operations. This role requires a highly organized individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to serve as a thought partner and driver of tasks.

Main Responsibilities
Your duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • Calendar and schedule management, meeting preparation, and travel coordination
  • Collaboration, communication, and correspondence, including drafting, reviewing, and editing correspondence, presentations, and reports
  • Information management, maintaining accurate and up-to-date files, records, and databases
  • Meeting coordination and support, preparing agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings attended by the Partner

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, the ability to manage schedules seamlessly across time zones, client service-orientation, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. You will also need to work well independently and strategically as a team player, exercising keen time management skills and being able to think on your feet. Additionally, you will need to have a high emotional intelligence and strong personal impact, with a sense of humor and an interest in business issues and global affairs.
