Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Spotlight Group Holdings. As a key member of our Distribution Centre team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of Dispatch and Receiving operations, including wrapping, shipping, and inventory management.
- Lead a team of up to 10 team members and provide coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPS) across the Distribution Centre.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and produce daily Stock on Hand (SOH) reports.
- Manage customer inquiries and issues, providing excellent service and support to our customers and stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 3 years of previous experience in a Transport, Dispatch, Receiving, and/or DC environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A high level of personal and professional responsibility, with a focus on delivering results and achieving goals.
