About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Spotlight Group Holdings. As a key member of our Distribution Centre team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of Dispatch and Receiving operations, ensuring excellent service to our stores and customers, and supporting day-to-day operations of the DC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Dispatch and Receiving operations, including wrapping, shipping, and inventory management
  • Manage customer inquiries and issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and produce daily stock reports
  • Lead a team of up to 10 team members, providing coaching, mentoring, and training as needed
  • Comply with all company policies, team member agreements, and standard operating procedures
About You
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Transport, Dispatch, Receiving, and/or DC environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels
  • Personal and professional responsibility, with the ability to coordinate the work of others and be accountable for your own work
  • Experience in leading a team, with the ability to coach, mentor, and train team members
