We are seeking a skilled Electrical Fitter Mechanic or Linesperson to join our team at Energy Queensland. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in advancing the energy transition towards net zero.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, commission, and maintain various electrical equipment and plant.
- Construct, maintain, and repair overhead electrical systems.
Requirements:
- Trade qualified with a Queensland Electrical Fitter Mechanic licence or Queensland Electrical Licensing Board Certificate of Competency as an Electrical Linesperson.
- Demonstrated knowledge of electrical systems and regulations.
- Availability for emergency work and travel.
- Current 'C' class open Drives Licence.
We offer a range of benefits, including:
- Remuneration from $108,859 to $117,214 per annum.
- Location Incentives: up to $3,000 per annum Non-Urban Zone Allowance, up to $17,420 per annum Housing Allowance, and up to $1,640 per annum Locality Allowance.
- Non-Urban Time Recognition Payments: $5,000 after 2 years and additional milestones.
- Relocation Assistance: up to $10,000 if moving from another location.
