Senior IT Manager

Job Summary:

Our company requires a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to oversee the development of headless APIs and web applications. This individual will play a pivotal role in leading technical projects and ensuring team performance is maximized.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of developers, ensuring that web applications are built to the highest standards and that team performance is maximized.
  • Web Application Development: Oversee the design and development of web applications using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, etc.), SQL or NoSQL databases for backend data management, and any modern UI technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Cloud Architecture: Manage the migration and maintenance of applications on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Ensure that applications are designed for scalability, performance, and reliability in the cloud.
  • Solution Design & Architecture: Collaborate with other technical leads and business stakeholders to define system requirements, application architecture, and development strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices in software development, including CI/CD, code quality, testing, and automated deployment.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of web applications and provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and opportunities.
