We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Family Health Program Coordinator to join our team.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding role that involves coordinating services for families with children under six years from diverse backgrounds.
- Develop and implement programs to support families with social, emotional, and practical issues

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with families from diverse backgrounds.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing education and support programs for families

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need:
- Registration as a Registered Nurse (Div 1) and Registered Midwife with AHPRA
- A Postgraduate Diploma in Child, Family & Community Nursing
- Sound knowledge of MCH service delivery, including the Maternal and Child Health Key Ages and Stages Framework
You will also need to demonstrate a strong understanding of child development, family dynamics, and community engagement principles.
