Job Opportunity:
- The role involves overseeing IT project activities across the Australian business, working closely with track leads to define application requirements and set priorities.
Necessary Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in project management, covering all aspects of development and execution.
- Basic understanding of current and emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile concepts.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical ideas to diverse audiences.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, focusing on short and long-term objectives.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, adaptable in managing competing priorities.
- Analytical skills for problem-solving, negotiation, and facilitation.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience defining and leading IT projects within SAP technology environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
