About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our Pre-contracts team due to continued growth and a large pipeline of projects. You will play a key role in pricing civil infrastructure projects and ensuring our bids exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Price and deliver civil projects, ideally with experience in subdivisions
  • Demonstrate ownership and initiative in previous roles
  • Be proficient in industry-standard software programs and articulate construction methods clearly and concisely
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and present alternate methodologies or solutions to achieve greater outcomes
  • Develop excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage confidently with colleagues, management, clients, and sub-contractors
  • Mentor junior estimators and contribute to their growth and development
