About the Role:- We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to utilize their clinical expertise and support individuals who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries.
The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical reasoning skills, be able to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, and have experience in conducting various clinical assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans for clients.
- To support clients in returning to their previous job or finding new employment opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy or related fields are preferred.
- Experience in conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, and working with multidisciplinary teams is essential.
