Rehabilitation Specialist

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans that cater to each client's unique needs and goals.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals and outcomes.
• Conduct various clinical assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop effective intervention strategies.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to clients throughout the rehabilitation process.

What We're Looking For:

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
• Current registration or membership with relevant industry bodies such as AHPRA or ESSA.
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
