About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Compliance Consultant to join our team at Class Limited. As a Technical Compliance Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an escalation point for customers using our products and provide support in relation to technical and legal queries;
  • Manage the legal triage process with internal stakeholders, including provision of technical review to team members and technical guidance direct to customers;
  • Assist with the delivery of Legal Services via our Legal Service Provider;
  • Liaise with relevant specialists and stakeholders to maintain compliance of our non-legal document templates and functionality across the Now Infinity platform;
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver clear technical compliance requirements for document templates and interview forms;
  • Represent Technical Compliance as a key stakeholder in related projects and enhancements from inception and prioritisation through to implementation;
Requirements
  • Experience working in a team environment with the ability to meet SLA's and drive improved performance;
  • Completed a relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting or Law in Australia;
  • CPA/CA desirable;
  • The role would be suitable for someone who has worked in a legal or document compliance environment;
  • Knowledge of Australian Superannuation, Corporate and Trust legislation in relation to the establishment of legal entities would be advantageous but not essential;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills;
  • Strong legal research, technical and drafting skills;
  • High attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks with a high level of accuracy;
  • Ability to work with autonomy, prioritise tasks and identify risks;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Experience with Class suite of platforms, specifically Now Infinity (desirable);
