Overview:

We are seeking two experienced professionals to join our emergency management team. As a Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of frontline and support services across Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workforce and resource planning and development
  • Oversee the delivery of critical frontline and support services
  • Ensure best practice risk-based approach to emergency management
  • Stakeholder management

You will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the development and implementation of emergency management plans and strategies. You will also work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others through positive leadership and negotiation. They will also have a passion for the community sector and volunteering.

Requirements:

  • Experience in emergency management or a related field
