Job Title: Career Support Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Career Support Assistant to join our team and support our Case Managers in delivering excellent client experiences. As a key member of our Workers Compensation team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients throughout their journey.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to support others, be driven by a passion for growth, and have experience working in high-volume environments. They will be able to manage competing priorities effectively and work collaboratively with the team to deliver seamless claims experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including processing invoices and reimbursements, uploading reports, and completing data entry tasks.
  • Collaborate with the team to engage key stakeholders and ensure timely communication.
  • Manage claim lodgements and maintain accurate reporting within internal systems.
  • Support the team and leadership as needed to ensure efficient service delivery.
