**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced coach to lead the development of our elite athlete team. This is a management role that requires building a high-performance squad from the ground up.

The ideal candidate will have advanced coaching qualifications and experience in developing athletes for national and international competition. They must also possess excellent leadership, communication, and administrative skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance athlete performance
  • Mentoring coaches and support staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services
  • Collaborating with other teams and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of Advanced Silver Accreditation
  • Experience in developing athletes for national and international competition
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and administrative skills

**Benefits:**

  • $74,000 per year OTE
