Strategic Investment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Analyst to play a pivotal role in meeting our strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain fund and cash management models, incorporating asset management cashflows, capital expenditure, and valuation assumptions.
- Analyse asset and portfolio performance against investment strategies and relevant benchmarks.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packs to the board and investors.
- Contribute to annual strategic asset plans and budgets, overseeing their effective implementation.
- Research emerging markets, compile data, and undertake financial analysis to inform investment decisions.
- Manage and deliver external valuations, reviewing and analysing results for internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversight of ESG initiatives and fund level ESG reporting, including annual GRESB submission.
- Assistance with debt strategy, reporting, and refinancing.
- A finance or economics degree with specialisation in real estate.
- Five years' experience in real estate funds management investment.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, analysis, and/or development feasibility.
- Experience in core real estate sectors in Australia.
- Fluency in English.
